Happy February!   Thank you to everyone who came to the meditation sessions in January! We had a lovely mix of people, and I feel so encouraged that more and more gentlemen decide to join the sessions too, bringing new perspectives, asking questions, contributing to the conversations and balancing the energies of all the wonderful ladies.
