Dear All,
I am so grateful for our meditation Circle. The summer sessions were very nice, we had smaller groups, and had lovely conversations. The Circle really starts to feel like a beautifully forming little meditation community and as long as we feel comfortable and safe, I will keep it going.
I cherish every opportunity to connect with friends and neighbours and people I am just getting to know. Some of my friends felt more comfortable with going for walks this summer than coming to a group meditation and I was so happy to go for those walks with you and I hope to continue them. I’ll hold the Circle this fall and I look forward to seeing everyone but if anyone feels like going for a walk or having a one-on-one tea instead, please let me know because I would be very happy to do that as well. The most important is that we stay connected.
Here is the fall schedule for the Circle:
In September, the Circle will be on the 17th.
In October, it will be on the 15th.
In November, it will be on the 12th.
We will start at 6:30 pm as usual.
If you would like to attend any of the guided meditation sessions, please let me know.
The below two pictures I took at Thetis Lake this weekend while we were hiking the Upper Thetis trail with my kids. The park is absolutely beautiful in every season; I hope you’ll have a chance to go there for a walk this fall.
