Spirit Circle in Winter 2020

Meditation is one of the most enjoyable and effective ways to find inner peace and balance, gain new perspective on stressful situations, enhance self-awareness, focus on the present, and increase imagination and creativity.

Spirit Circle in Winter 2020My hope is to bring the joy of meditation to more and more people. I started offering meditation sessions outside of my home to groups of any size, and I am currently working on recording some of my own guided meditations. These guided meditations will be available on my website for anyone to access them.

The Circle is a very special space for me. These sessions once a month in my home always bring me so much love and joy. I am planning to hold the Circle this winter if the current health advisory, which is in effect until December 7th, changes. 

The dates I am hoping to hold the Circle this winter are:

Spirit Circle in Winter 2020December 10th,

January 21st, 

February 18th.

I would like to bring our start time a bit earlier to 6:00 pm and will consult with the people who sign up for the Circle if this works with their schedules.
