Dear Friends,   I have visited Northern British Columbia a few occasions this year. The last time I flew to Fort St. John, I was sitting next to a First Nations man on the plane and we had a wonderful conversation. He has spent all his life in Dawson Creek and he talked about his city, his family, and the beautiful landscape in Northern BC. Dear All,   I am so grateful for our meditation Circle. The summer sessions were very nice, we had smaller groups, and had lovely conversations. The Circle really starts to feel like a beautifully forming little meditation community and as long as we feel comfortable and safe, I will keep it going.  I cherish every opportunity to connect with friends and neighbours and people I am just getting to know.
