Autumn

Autumn in many ways represents ‘letting go’.

Letting go of a past season, past experiences, anything we have been holding on to, consciously or subconsciously.

Releasing things that are important to us is not easy. Whether these things are tangible or intangible.

Even when we know it is time to ‘let go’, for a greater good, parting with something we have held dear can be a complex internal process.

What might make this process a little easier is to know that after letting go of something that has meant great importance to us, we are moving towards something new.

A hopeful and brighter future.

Sometimes change can feel like a roller coaster or a Ferris wheel ride. The ride can be exhilarating, happy, unpredictable, and even scary but when we arrive, and feel our feet on the ground, we know we would do it all over again!

The past few months have been filled with beautiful and challenging experiences for me.

I have recently moved from the place I called home for the past four years. It has been an emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually deep journey.

I am looking forward to the future with my family, and moving into our new home.

I will not be holding Spirit Circles this fall but I will be resuming them in the new year, in our new home.

A new guided meditation is available now:

To access Past Life Meditation: A Personal Journey, please click here.

The purpose of this guided meditation is to provide you with an opportunity to visit another time period, either in your current life or in a past life. What we experienced in the past can affect us in the present, and the more we understand our past experiences, the more we can recognize how they may impact our emotional reactions today.

This meditation invites you on a personal spiritual journey. You may find yourself in another time period in a past life, in your current life, or even in the future.

Time on Earth is primarily experienced and measured as a linear progression from past to future, which aligns with our daily lives and practical measurements, and that is why the title is called ‘Past Life Meditation’. For everyday experiences on Earth, time behaves in a consistent, linear fashion. However, physics demonstrates that time is not absolute and can flow at different rates for observers in different frames of reference. What you may experience in this meditation can be from any period of ‘time’.
